When opening its new branch in Ruhango, the Management of Cogebanque promised a better service to its new customers and donated 3 million Rwandan francs to pay health insurance for one thousand people who can’t afford it in this district.
Cogebanque Ruhango Branch is a fourth branch newly opened in this year after Gicumbi, Karongi and CHIC in Kigali city. Ruhango Branch has been offering service to customers of this district.
Mrs Vivian Igunduura, the Ag Managing Director of Cogebanque promised to customers of this branch that they will experience a better service in the whole district.
The Ag Managing Director of Cogebanque appreciated the warm welcome and said that this branch is here to reduce the long way customers were taking to reach Cogebanque branch Muhanga and Huye to mean that Cogebanque brought closer its services to them.
She also mentioned that “what we are bringing new to Ruhango is a fast and excellent service. Customers will notice the difference from themselves for those who want a change they should come at Cogebanque.”
In only three months the bank has been operational, the branch has new satisfied customers and this shows that the branch will reach its objective.
